FLEXIBILITY
We all need to live a healthy and functional existence. The goal of effectively stretching is not to becoming a world class gymnast, it's about balancing the muscle groups you use or overuse during exercise and other activities, or from bad posture. A good flexibility training program designed based on your areas of tightness can increase physical performance, as a flexible joint provides increased range of motion & therefore also decreases your risk of injury. Specifically, flexibility in the hamstrings, hip flexors, quadriceps, and other muscles attaching to the pelvis reduces stress to the low back.
Combining Yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates into a workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance .
PRE & POST NATAL
There are very specific guidelines for the pre & post natal exerciser. As a Pre & Post Natal Exercise Coach, Alex will work through a specialised programme with you to keep you happy, fit & healthy all the way through your pregnancy and then when your little person arrives. 6 WEEK POST NATAL EXERCISE GROUP
Inspired by natural everyday ‘Mum & Me’ movements, this 6week course course will help you get back into shape and regain your energy while spending quality bonding time with baby.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Ensure you wear a good sports bra, trainers and comfortable clothes.
IS IS THE CLASS TAUGHT BY A QUALIFIED INSTRUCTOR?
Of course! Alex has been an Exercise Professional for over 10 years and practicing as a Pre & Post Natal Exercise specialist for over 5yrs. After the birth of her 1st child in 2009, Alex knows firsthand the physical & mental challenges of having a baby. She has valid First Aid & Insurance.

WHAT DO WE DO?
There are 3 phases to this course covered over 6 weeks. Home exercise programmes are provided allowing you to progress @ your own pace with your baby & enjoy the group environment. Course objectives;

· Quality Bonding time with your baby
