Drop in Meditation Group
Meditation sessions on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month.
No need to book, just turn up for some energy refreshment when it suits you.
Each session includes guided visualisation or specific meditation techniques and some quiet time for your own meditation or reflection. No previous experience required.
The session aims to offer some respite in which to enjoy the calm space at The Well Body Centre. There will also be opportunities to share ideas and experiences and ask questions, if you wish. Many people find additional benefits to meditating in a group, such as improved focus and concentration.
Research shows that regular meditation leads to many physical and emotional health benefits and improved well being.
